As Vice President and General Counsel for Citicorp Leasing International, I pioneered Citicorp's leasing and equipment finance activities in Europe and completed over $500 million in cross-border financing for industrial plant, ships, aircraft and other major items of capital equipment.

Among many other business financings in which I acted as lead counsel, I represented Raleigh Bicycles in the $35 million refinancing of its U.S. operations.
